Since 2022, we have been working in environments where psychology moves beyond theory and becomes a practical tool for resilience, recovery, and effective action.
SHINE is:
- Restoration of psychological and emotional well-being, reduction of anxiety levels, and development of self-regulation skills among clients and participants of charitable programs
- More than 20 comprehensive mental health recovery programs designed and successfully implemented
- Integration of psychosocial approaches with body-based practices and equine-assisted interventions
- Collaboration and exchange of expertise across 26 countries, incorporating international best practices into SHINE programs
- Development of practical models for supporting mental health in conditions of war and sustained high-pressure environments
- Continuous and systematic team operations through blackouts, deployments, and periods of intense workload without compromising quality
- Work with highly complex mental health recovery cases in the context of war
- More than 3,000 service members, veterans, and family members who have received free psychosocial support
- Practical training and professional development of future military psychologists in real-world operational settings
